This was an emotional time in my life . My Grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and they had given her three years to live. She was put in a Catholic Hospice home, where she now stays and gets the best care. I had realized how important she is to my family and I wrote a poem about how my Grandmother is such an angel to me and others. I thought this would be the best way to show my love from the bottom of my heart. I used my mother as an example of the best gift she could ever give -- that was motherhood to my mom. My Grandmother accepted me for who I was.  I thank her for that to this day - and for being such a great grandmother. My Grandmother is getting weaker and weaker each day when I visit her. I read the poem out loud to her and I usually begin to cry. She lies in her bed so helplessly and so weak. This is a woman who is giving cancer the biggest battle of love and care....

I love you, Nana - Danny
